I try to say Goodbye especially if I made some friends &/or the people were really helpful to me. That Common Courtesy. I have left without a word when I was treated horribly or the group was inactive. If it's my forum & someone just joined but never posted or only posted a few times & found it wasn't for them, I'd appreciate being let know why they were leaving. Maybe it's something I could fix i.e. a member was disrespectful. I welcome feedback because I believe a forum is only as good as the members. The owner can have a vision but it tends to go its own way with how the members react. But sometimes we join & we just find that it's not what we are looking for. If it's an active member & they just up & leave, I do get hurt because I don't know if it was me or another member. I would hope they'd give me common courtesy, even if they say, Hey, this forum isn't for me anymore!

Ya, I guess, a goodbye is needed. But let us hope we don't have to do that.
