My PC can't run Windows 11, so that's a big no for me. I'm not desperate for it, anyway, Win10 works fine on this machine and when I finally get the chance to build a new machine it will be Linux only.
We are not ones to upgrade just to upgrade. Only when the computer starts to act up do we. There are always bugs in a new OS & we like waiting until they are worked out. Plus, we believe in the If it ain't broke, don't fix it! Why upgrade if we don't need to since we use the computers for basic stuff, no bells & whistles.
@ZandraJoi Very good approach to upgrades, @ZandraJoi, no point in rushing into new upgrades until they've had the major bugs worked out of them. It's the same with new technology, I never run to grab an item at launch, it's ALWAYS got problems! Best to wait until it's necessary than grab it just because!
I remember seeing the notification on my work computer about a week ago on how to check if my system was compatible for the new upgrade. It let me know that it was however, but the update didn't appear to be available at that time. I will have to check again tomorrow to see if I can do the upgrade because I am curious to see the new features/design.
