Tea or coffee?

Tea and coffee is one of the commonly taken beverages consumed by anyone but there are some people who don't like tea but favors coffee and those that doesn't favor coffee but likes tea a lot.

Between tea and coffee which one do you like for yourself and what's the reason choose it?

I don't like coffee because whenever I happen to take it, I find it very difficult to sleep well at night. It's happened to me on several occasions and I had to stop drinking coffee permanently.

My favorite is red raspberry leaf herbal tea. A close second is rooibos that I have when I'm at my parents as my mom drinks that one. I've been drinking mine for almost 2 decades now. I can't do caffeine so don't do regular 'teas'. I have to be careful even with herbal ones as some contain caffeine. I become what I call a Hyper Grouch. Bouncing around while biting your head off lol I've tried other ones but I always go back to my red raspberry leaf. I just put stevia in mine.

Only time I drank coffee was when I was young but that was so I could put in those flavored creamers lol
