Support community or knowledgebase

How would you like to have your website in future ? A place where people can find very useful info and move on. Or a place where they stay and communicate with each other as a support community ?

I think the former needs investments in content a lot. And a community needs to handle all those drama.

A mix of both will be ok for me. You cannot have a pure knowledge-base with a forum.

Forums can be a better source of information than blogs as we can have comments all the time.
