Site with Q&A

I like to build a simple Q&A site, were users will be given 10 questions with choices. At the end of the 10 questions users score out of 10 should be displayed. Can this be done in WordPress or Html/php coding will achieve this?

With PHP, yes. Very easy. There are many Q&A scripts but I am not sure whether they can conduct a quiz like that. I haven't come across a WordPress quiz plugin like this. Perhaps it exists, I will check.

Thank you, so when creating one with PHP it involves Database too right or just simple table can help?
