Managing multiple projects

Do you find it hard to manage multiple projects ? How do you allot time for each of them ?

Do you give up a project because there are too many of them to handle ?

It works by itself if we do it on a priority basis. I normally attend them based on changes. If there are things to do on a project, I will do that first. Much like first come first serve.

It is true that some projects mind fall behind. Then we check and correct that in every 2 weeks or so. Clear the backlog before it causes any issue.

I haven’t ran 2 projects at same time. Only one I will do but keep changing.

Now a break and already my mind started to think of few. But one step at a time

ha ha. You are a man with a lot of ideas. Don't stop at implementing your ideas. ️

While I can't answer at the technical viewpoint, I can answer for general life. I have several ideas going, all are different. It helps prevent boredom from learning & doing just one thing.

That is a nice approach. Make sure you do not commit to too many projects. Just to be sure that you do not have to make hard choices in the end.
