What about google fonts usage on a website. Is it have free licence for using?

Free to use. They have some license, nothing there to stop you from using it on your website though.

A lot of people are using Google fonts on their websites. It is a very good option and can make your website look brilliant. As mentioned above, there is certainly some license involved between you and Google. But from my experience, nothing that hinders you to use it legally on websites that Google considers decent.

There are non-English fonts too. You can add them more or less this same way as English fonts.

Google fonts has grown a lot in last few years. They have covered a lot of languages. Some of the fonts are from third party with a compatible license.
