What does it say?

Choose any new domain extension, no problem

Use or not www, no difference SEO-wise

The country code domain name also has an international scope

Very helpful. Always worried how other TLDs fared against .com, .org or .net .

Domains have three parts: www or https, the middle name, and the last part after dot, for example, com, net, etc. Technically speaking search engines give importance only to the middle name of the domain, which is referred to as the top level domain.
