Creating HTML templates

Have you created HTML templates on your own ? How was the experience ? Did you use any framework ?

I prefer to create HTML pages + CSS by hand. I use Glitch for live-previews. I try to stay as vanilla as possible - no Bootstrap or anything like that, just me, HTML and CSS. I haven't created serious templates yet though, and I know it's not a very professional way but I hope to create better and more templates in the future.

Personal use, using developer tools to view and modify the look to adapt the layout best for every page. But that is more like a hobby.

I know someone who do this professionally. Saw a couple of his work, he is more of an artist than a coder.

Glitch is a webpage that allows you to create and edit HTML and Node.js based applications. Every change in the code is automatically applied. This is why it's good for visualization. Many Discord and Twitch bots (including mine) and small communities use this site when they can't afford a hosting, for example.
