Per the discussion on Proboards not allowing it. I was wondering if the other free boards i.e. Jcink, MyBB, phpbb can move to another? Proboards don’t allow it, for various reasons, but one I had heard the most was that THEY own it, YOU don’t. Only on other forums such as this one have I heard they'd lose the revenue. Proboards just has a "It's ours not yours" standard reply.
