Blog Section on Your Forum

My first forum was actually a subdomain on my multi-author blog. I created the forum in order to help the blog author authors discuss writing and other things. When I created my first standalone forum, I added a blog section so that Google approves the site for Adsense. Even after Adsense approval, I still have a blog section on my forum. Do you have a blog section on your forum?

I don't have a blog section on my forum. Blogs to me are more personal & don't get a lot of activity. I do know of some who incorporate both. I had an idea, if my forum were to become bigger, to have a private blog section for members.

I enjoyed reading blog articles but I find it very difficult to write one myself. I wouldn't mind having a blog section on my forum but I wouldn't be the one writing the blog articles.

Not all forums come with a blog section but if I am on a forum with w blog section I usually visit the blog to read extensively about a particular topic discussed on the forum.

At the moment I don't have a blog section on mine but I would like to bring one to the forum at a later date. I am using Xenforo at the moment so I am able to use their article feature and create articles and eventually create a blog on my forum as well. It would give me time to get some content into my articles section first before creating a main home page for my blog content.
